We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Kulani Kinis, so we offer a seamless returns process for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a store credit or a size exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all swimwear is in its original condition with tags attached and place them in the original packaging or a secure mailer.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
